So you’re starting to get a handle on this whole mixing thing...

TheRecordingRevolution.com—once your Bible—now holds a respected spot deep within your bookmarks folder. EQ and compression are no longer so intimidating. And while it’s taken a few years, your tracks are starting to sound pretty good.

But when you listen to your favorite records, you still wonder...

“How did they do that?!”

Not just a hobby

You dream of making a living as a musician, producer, mixer, or engineer. You aspire to play sold-out shows for thousands of screaming fans, or work with top-tier artists in multi-million-dollar studios around the world. You’re determined to be the best at what you do.

For you, making music isn’t just a hobby. It’s your passion. You live and breathe this stuff—24/7, 365 days a year.

Sound like you? If so, you’re in the right place.

Meet your personal mixing mentor

My name is Jason Moss, and my mission is to help you take your mixes from good to great.

This isn’t the best place for absolute beginners. If you’re just getting started, The Recording Revolution, Musician On A Mission, or Home Studio Corner will be more relevant to you.

Over here, you’ll learn to approach mixing on a deeper, more creative level. You’ll discover little-known techniques that will elevate your craft and add vibe, character, and emotion to your tracks. I’ll show you not only what I do, but why I do it—so you can build upon my ideas and make them your own.

I discovered most of what I’ll share with you while crafting mixes for my own clients, who include artists signed to Disney, Hollywood Records, Glassnote, and Ultra. Other ideas came to me while studying at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, or through closed-door conversations with Grammy-winning mixers like Bob Power, Kevin Killen, and Jim Anderson.

I can’t wait to share it all with you.
